Meet our guest: Natascha Di Mario
Natascha is a licensed buyer’s agent in Italy and one of the founders of Advitalia, a Viareggio-based agency that represents buyers only, never sellers, guiding them from the very first search all the way to the notary. Italo-Belgian, she has been working in real estate since 2014 and knows Italy from the inside: she ran her own agriturismo in Piedmont, lived in Le Marche, has family roots in Sicily and is now settled in Tuscany. She brings both professional expertise and the personal experience of building a life here.
